Our services and proposals

Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept online. We provide services only under a written proposal or contract agreed with you, which sets the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, cancellation and refunds. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or contract prevails.

Fees, payment and refunds

We do not sell anything or take payments on this website. Every engagement is quoted to its scope. Before you agree, your proposal shows the full price, the payment schedule and any taxes or expenses we will charge, so there are no hidden fees.

Cancellation and refunds follow what your proposal or contract says. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law, such as the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code.

Intellectual property

The text, design, the Magz name and logo, images and videos on this site belong to Magz or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit. Please do not copy the site, our articles or our logo without written permission.

Other names and logos mentioned on this site, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, PostgreSQL and Apache AGE, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse or partner with Magz.

Fonts, icons and licences

  • Fonts: Poppins, Figtree and JetBrains Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and served from our own domain.
  • Icons: Lucide, used under the ISC License (some icons come from Feather, under the MIT License).
  • The LinkedIn and GitHub symbols are trademarks of their owners and appear only to link to our profiles.
  • Copies of these licences are kept with the source code of this site.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, GitHub and WhatsApp, for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability
